We keep a shared document where you add requests for changes, updates, or fixes. We track progress there so you always know what’s happening. If we need clarification, we’ll contact you directly so nothing falls through the cracks.
We can often take over care for sites built elsewhere, but it depends on the technology used. We’ll review your website first and let you know if it’s compatible with our care process.
The two monthly calls are tailored to your business. We can review your website performance, plan new updates, brainstorm marketing ideas, or work through challenges you’re facing. You leave each call with clear next steps to keep your business moving forward.
If you need more than 5 hours of updates in a given month, we’ll let you know in advance. Bigger changes can be planned and spread over a few months.
No. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, but this keeps the process simple and focused on staying current every month. On months when you don’t have any requests, we use that time to perform extra maintenance, check performance, and make sure your website is running at its best.
